No, because BMWs are rear wheel drive. Civic SI is front wheel drive. When you accelerate in turn, the weight of the car shifts to the rear. So if you have rear wheel drive, you get take the turn faster by taking advantage of the weight shifting. Also BMWs are well balanced (battery in rear) and front wheel is out further to provide better handling. The bottom line is that car is design to handle.

They are not in the same league. That does not mean the Honda is bad, but the BMW is from a higher category. Sort of like comparing a Ford to a Lincoln

Yes 2000 honda civic si can compare to BMW 2002( model 2002), handling and corner, is noway can compare to BMW.

No matter what you do it is still JUST a Honda.
Even the biggest P.O.S. BMW is still a BMW.

NO - prestige alone makes that impossible.
Honda is a nice car, but even with upgrades, the BMW has it beat hands down.

no way bmw is way better and honda will never be as good, but if you ask me mercedes is better then both of them together

They both have 4 wheels, engine, transmission, steering wheel, windshield, speedometer, radio, carpeting, spare tire, battery, etc.
I could go on, but you get the picture.
