Good question, very amusing.
Yes, implants are forever. They don't fall or sag. The only way to loose the look is to have them removed surgically.
Physical beauty won't last forever. It fades, but there are plenty of women and men out there that are mature, but look good (for their age) Some people even get better looking with maturity, but those are few a far between.
That's why inner beauty is more important. You can still be a great person long after the world finds you attractive!

True beauty last forever. Implants never last forever. Because they were not beauty to start with. At least not true beauty.

Implants usually have to be replaced every 10 to 15 years (unless something goes wrong).
They help visual beauty last forever...but nowadays that is not enough.

Actually implants don't last forever. I think most women who have the implants have to have them re-done after several years. Not sure though.

Beauty doesn't fade..it changes
Implants might last a long time..but they are NOT beautiful
and many people get them re-done and they can cause serious problems
everyone is beautiful in every stage of life

u know that when you get a boob job, it only lasts for 10 years...after that its back under the knife

I don't think so. I think that true beauty get's better with age and in some cases does last forever in people.

I don't think so, not if one takes good care of themselves. It's more like gravity sets in, but implants last forever.

Not necessarily, but it's true that beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean down to bone.
