8 hours for health. If you can't make 8 hours of sleep, you have to sleep for 7 hours. Later than 7 hours, you'll have a very bad day coming up.

between 7 & 9 hours a night should be good. It has to be staight though, if you only sleep like 2 hours at a time it's not good for you

hi..
an average human beings's sleep timings are between 7 and 9 hours. but they vary from age and physical conditions of the person.
as u r a 21year old , u require atleast 7 hrs of sleep per day including the mid day nap.
the minimum time's 4hrs.

Like only 5-8hrs......i mean there is so much to do and the average person only needs 2 hours of sleep a day to stay sain

Doctors say everyones body is different. 8-9 hours is good for me.
