Is it true that Jake Gyllenhaal had a nose job?

I just read in a magazine the other day that one of the surgeons from Dr. 90210 did his nose. If thats correct, when did this happen?

Man if that's true then I've seen it all. Men getting nose jobs? What the heck is next? Getting your toes realigned?

Don't know about a NOSE job, but I heard he may have gotten a ********? job
