you could most likely take a re-certification class run by one of the major organizations like Ellis and Associates or Red Cross

Take a CPR class from the red cross, then find a lifeguard class to take. I don't think your poland certification will mean anything to them so you'll have to do everything here as if you are not certified. You will have an advantage though because you've already done it before.

what you should do is visit your local ymca or red cross. they usually have classes teaching cpr and other things that have to do with being a lifeguard. you could also try searching the web for other information.
