No, I don't...I'm only 25 but I've lived through this crap once in the 80's. It makes me sad to go shopping, I walked in Wet Seal the other day and it looked like the wardrobe department from Saved by the Bell.

The ONLY thing I do think is cute is jeans tucked into boots, and for those, skinny jeans are good, but otherwise, I'm in the same boat as you. I'm just glad that although they may not be "trendy," a classic style is never unfashionable. And the fashion magazines ARE showing many different styles of jeans this year...skinny, wide-leg, trouser, high-rise, so you aren't limited to just skinnies.

I'm not a huge fan of leggings but in worn in the right way the can be cute. I do like them under dresses and skirts as more of a "footless tight". I like the same concept of skinny jeans with a blousy shirt. It's all about balancing out the skinny bottom with a bigger top.

This years style is so different from last year and it'll take tI'me for your eye to get used to it. It took a while for leggings to grow on me and im in the fashion industry. Better get used to them because they'll be around next year too... trust me. Unfortunately they aren't always the most flattering cut.

Fashion has been out of whack for a few years now. All they're doing is bringing back old styles and trying to tweak them, but in the process they just look stupid.

My biggest pet peeve with the latest styles is the glitter/rhinestones, holes and faded marks in jeans. It's just so...ugh. "Hey guys, look. I just put a hole in my pants and spray painted them, aren't they cool?"

Skinny jeans and leggings only look good on skinny people with skinny legs. And the American population is just getting larger by the hour, there aren't that many thin people left on this universe unless you go to a third world country or somewhere where people are more conscious about their health.

i hate when you can label what people wear like you know exactly ex. jeans Hollister, shirt Aeropostle, etc.
I HATE THAT! but i do wear some of the fashions but differently than everyone else and its great because people love my style and its definitely not as expensive as say skinny jeans from express for $120- thats Insane! and no one can label me
so i just go with what i like if it happens to be in style , fine but fashion circulates so things never really go out of fashion. so thats my thing...

lady with you desirous to placed on turquoise jeans I guess you're one heck of a cloth wardrobe and that i applaud you! no longer constructive what to allow you to recognize except possibly dye them your self? by technique of how, I, too, am a 24 and we may be able to placed on inspite of we desire. some human beings have sense adequate to entice close what looks undesirable and what doesn't. each individual wore skinny jeans back in the 80's, honey.

Most people my age hated the big legged or straight jeans when they came out too, but are used to them now. You'll get used to them, we had to. I don't particularly want to change back ya know what? Unless EVERYBODY refuses to buy them (teenagers mainly) they will be here awhile.

Skinny jeans are for people up to a size 5. I'm a zero so I can wear them and they make me look curvy, but they are kind of blahh!!! Leggings are cute, if you are in 1982

I agree. I hate leggings and skinny jeans. They only look good on the toothpick models and other women built like that. Women with curves can't wear them well.

And I don't like all the neutral colors that are in right now. Beiges, tans, and nudes are colors on my hose, not my shirts and dresses!

They are permanent fashion Don'ts. Please don't let yourself be sucked in. They make you look like a big fat blob on top of toothpicks. They are the No1 fashion of the wal-mart women - enough of a reason to stop everyone from wearing them.

The fashions this year are really 80's. Some people don't like them because they saw someone wearing them completely wrong, like leggings and a denim skirt. I think that cropped leggings are stupid and meant for dancers.
