Charlie Ryan and the Livingston Brothers. I believe it was released in the mid 1950's. But I know it's been redone since.

About 6 different groups released that song and many others have covered it.
I have the original, but I hesitate to mention the artist because it is absolutely horrible. If ever a good song could be sung badly, they did it. Good thing others covered it.
