I want to make a picture black and white with like the background black and white and the person color. Does anyone know how to do that?

Are you talking about in a computer program or on an actual photo?

I don't know about the digital thing, but if it's an actual photo you can buy photo paints at a local art store. These paints are made specifically for this purpose.

Also, if you want to give a photo an aged look, just soak it in coffee overnight! ;-)
