If he is really your best friend.. (mutually) then you should have done it the moment you felt like doing so. There can be beautiful and loving moments between friends also not just BF/GF. If you are seeing someone currently and are worried coz of that, then its just you who can take a call coz I cant comment on his personality. If you are doing it with nice decent feelings i.e. if you can share it with your current BF, go for it. It must be something very pure and nice. I'm sure you have a nice friend.
Poor chap, he might doesnt even know that he is so lucky that someone is dieing to kiss him ;)

HOw About it?? why do you want to kiss your best friend? well if its just a friendly kiss then it shouldnt matter if its just for fun but, if its more than than then you should seriously think about it. Take a second 8D
