It is called irreconcilable differences. You really don't have to have a reason to get divorced. Hopefully you've made your husband see a doctor first and also considered things like Viagra. There is more to a marriage than just sex so if everything else is good hopefully you can find a better solution than divorce.

My dear, Sex is a part of life and human relationships, Humans ( Men and Women) are programmed genetically to have regular sex! If he is not interested in having sex, i.e making love with you anymore, its pointless wasting the rest of your valuable life waiting for Mr Perky to get "perky" tell him how you feel about it though. Communicate.

You can get a divorce pretty much for anything. I would say refusal of sex would be form of spousal neglect, unless of course it is medical related and your spouse has no control over it. If that is the case you might want to try medication and counseling. I would suggest counseling if either are the case. Intimacy is a big part of marriage and if your spouse doens't want to be intimate a counselor can help you find out why.

You can get a divorce for just about anything, that could fall under irreconcilable differences. Just remember the average divorce costs about $20,000. And since the cause for divorce is questionable, your recovery might not be great

I think you should be able to. Remember a marriage is not legal unitl it has been consumated therefore not getting any sex is definately grounds for divorce.

you can divorce for anything..but if the other party does not want the divorce they can "contest" the divorce and then it takes a long time for the divorce to happen.. then you have alot of lawyers fees and you might even have to get a mediator..that costs money too..good luck
