well, unless you have medically diagnosed acne, pop it! Then once your rid of the infectionous bacteria put a cold rag on it. Remove all buildup for the next hour with tweezers, but don't make it bigger. just keep the rag on it!

I have perfect skin, but I get a facial every month, and with these facials comes 1 or 2 zits because the skin is pushing all it's blemishes to the surface to get rid of it. Now, people say not to pop your zits because of pitting, but pitting is from medically diagnosed acne that has either been left on the face to fester and destroy the skin, or someone with acne who pops his zits and digs at it. The worst advice anyone could ever give is to just let a zit or pimple run it's course and don't touch it. A zit is a bacterial infection, the longer it festers, more of your face is being destroyed. Hope this helps! Oh, and just to let everyone know, going to the tanner or tanning your face in the sun for it's maximum exposure without burning will keep your skin healthy and smooth. And also keep your skin golden and sexy!

I would stop by CVS and get some band aids that have the small round ones and place that over the chin. In the meantime put some Nerosporin on the affected area and when you get home "mash, or squeeze the hell out of it. I can't stand them as I have had them myself. If you have a continuning proplem go to a dermatologist, as they can do wonders with the new medication that is on the market.

If you don't want to use OTC medications, you can try to dry it out with rubbing alcohol. You can also draw people's attention away from your chin with your hair (add accessories), eye makeup (unless you're against makeup) and clothes. Try wearing bright colors to work and some really cool shoes- that's what people will see and pay attention to and not your chin!

If you decide to pop it, apply hydrocortisone cream to it. You can get it at the drugstore. It reduces redness and swelling.
