There is an ancient myth in both religious groups that created man from dust but the interesting part is that the dust was of the sahara which is believed to have been fertile at one point until the domestication of the pig... ultimately they would have died out and become part of the dust of the desert hence my question.

They know since thousands of years ago that the pork fat increases the inflammatory response.

That is what they call non-kosher.A pig is a disgusting animal.Even jesus is believed to have cast demons into a pig.But a real reason is just it is an impure animal.They are filthy.Clean on the outside, but disgusting inside.Pigs do not sweat.So when you eat pork, that salt that you like so much is actualy thier excrements(sweat).And people wonder why people who eat pork are more prone to heart problems and high blood pressure.

Huh? I don't eat pork becuase it is an unclean animal. But I also know from modern scientists that pig organs are so similar to humans that it's also just freaky!

there is no such myth and your logic is unsound. pigs do not satisfy the physical signs of a kosher animal. that's it.
