I have a student visa and i want to be a RN but how do I get the license if I have to make the background check and fingerprints if I dont have a SSN?

You need to apply for a "green card." That is a residence Visa, or you could apply for a work Visa. With one of those you can get a SSN. Without one of those you cannot legally work in the United States without being a citizen.
