Ok if you go to Yahoo Image Search and type in Ciara at the 2004 Vibe Awards, the first pic where she is standing alone, those are the boots that I have been looking for. All I need is a name or where I can find them to buy them. They come in black and brown either color will do. Please someone help me!!!!!

They're called knee high heels, and you can most likely find them on ebay. Just type Knee High Heels, and you'll find a lot of different types of them.
