My company matches a portion of my proceeds and I just went over the $15k mark for the year. My question is, can my TOTAL contributions exceed $15k as long as my personal contribution is limited to $15k and the excess is from company matching funds? If yes, what's the limit on the TOTAL contrib including personal and company matching funds? $43k?

the personal limit is $15000. As far as what is the limit of your company, it varies. The only real cap from the government is on your side.
