I like Philly, I used to live in South Philly and Center City. The food is good and I love the historical stuff. Everyone should see Independence Hall, the greatest men in history worked there. You haven't lived until you've eaten a cheesesteak from Genos.

I lived in a Philly suburb for over 30 years, went into the city many times, worked there and went to school there. I think it's a great town with great culture, restaurants, sports teams, schools, people, history. And the cheese steaks and pretzels are the best anywhere!

I've been to Philly many times. It's a great city as long as you are in the right parts. Pats/Gino's Cheesesteaks are sooooooooo worth going there for lol. Just be careful where you go because the ghetto areas are pretty bad and aren't safe.

Philadelphia is a fascinating place and alot of History. I would suggest go to Triple A and have them show you must see spots or look in your local paper for bus trips if your near the area.

I loved it, I've been all over the country and think Philly is the most underrated city i've been to. I liked it much better than Boston or D.C.. Great culture, sports, food, and nightlife. The best time to visit would probably be the Fourth of July.

I live in South Philly. Yes my neighbors can be ignorant biggoted white trash...this is true. We have large dangerous ghettos this is true as well...we usually rank in the top 7 most gun murders a year for the U.S.. We also have world class museums and food, some amazing bike trails, the United States largest metropolitan park (Fairmount Park). We can be rude but thats life, don't let it bother you. Come to Bridget Foy's at 2nd and south and ask for the waiter with the funny moustache...I'll buy yoo a beer.

I like Ben Franklin Parkway and Penn's Landing. Philly is a nice city if you stay in Center City. Other places, there's no guarantee you'll come out alive, with all the shootings and crime.
