Why the hell does everyone look like there juniors and seniors in college dont the kids look like adults im a senior and we look way younger than them do you think Lagunabeach is staged ?

The Laguna Beach cast look like juniors and seniors. In my highschool a lot of girls look like them; fake tans, extensions, ultra mini skirts, and the basic makeup from estee.

Laguna Beach has to be staged. I mean there is no way that the show can only revolve around 8 people. As for how they look. I knew a 13 year old that could pass for a senior any day [she actually did it once] So, Times are changing.

Omg! i appreciate Laguna coastline and the Hills! i'm like obsessed, and my boyfriend is continually making exciting of me about it!! yet yeah, i imagine Kristen grow to be a junior the first season. Yeah, because Stephen and Lauren and all of them were all seniors and graduating. Aww i'm so disillusioned that the Hills has a finale next Monday :'( i have been desirous to bypass out and get each and each of the seasons, Lol... alongside with the Newlyweds. i'm the form of dork. haha.

of course it is staged. In order to get the look that the director wants for a teen soap, studios will hire an actor that is older, but market them as much younger.... happens all the time
as well, the stories aren't real, nor are they anything like real life - lesson learned: do not put your faith, trust or mental efforts into it. Always remember a studio's one and only focus is not you, it's not public awareness and it's not education of anything - it's the bottom line - money!!

They are seniors. Last season they went to prom and graduated. They do look older. They are all filthy rich and semi-stuckup. I like that show but it's only about cheating, drama, and hanging out with friends. It's kinda unrealistic.

they are junior and seniors in highschool except for jessica and her 2 other friends (i can't remember their names) they are fresh. in college...yes it is staged, like the drama and stuff...when you have lots of money like they do, you can spend it on looking older because thats what a lot of young people want to do; and then when they get old they want to look younger again!!!!!

they are seniors, with the exception of kristen in the first season. and it is real, they follow all the drama around, they do alot of editting, and twisting around.

All reality shows are fake!! No matter how much they swear its true life, nope!

no it's real! to a point... that's why we call those types of shows, "docu-dramas". maybe you guys just look young and they seem older... i dunno though, they sure look like high schoolers to me.
