Be a friend to her. Take her out for lunch/coffee/ice cream, etc. Maybe invite her over to spend the night, watch movies, & eat junk food. Just be her friend. Let her know that she can talk to you if she needs to.

Also, you said that you don't know if she's alright with it. If she does want to talk about it, ask her how she feels. Maybe she is fine with it. Whatever you do, just be there for her and support her.

Just talk with your friend and find out how she is really feeling about her mom remarrying. She is your friend so I'm sure she will be happy to know that you care about her enough to want to listen to what she has to say.

Just talk to her and be there for her. Let her know you love and support her no matter what she thinks. Get her to open up to you and then eventually she needs to talk to her mom about how she feels too.

You need to talk to her, it is going to be hard almost all the time on someone. She needs you to talk and most importantly listen to what she says. Try talking to her on the phone because it is easier for someone to talk about the emotional things in life when no one is around. My best of wishes to her.

Ask her. She might have a lot to say on the subject and no one has asked her opinion yet.

Talk to her. Remind her that you are there if she needs someone to talk to.. Or just be straight out with it and ask her.
