I dont think you can tell your friend, if she believes him, than she wont believe you. If shes so dum to believe his lies, what makes you think shes going to believe you?
If you tell her, than that will make confilict between you guys. So just dont pay any attention to your friends boyfriend, and when hes around, always hug your boyfriend, and kiss him to make him feel bad.

I have a friend who had the same problem...with the lies I mean...but she never believed him. She's the type of girl that she doesn't take lies for an answer. You tell him that if he doesn't straighten up and stop that you will tell a mature adult and he will get into trouble. And just pray that he doesn't do it again. But the way that I see it he has no right to do that. That's called "taking advantage." It's wrong. And if you don't tell your friend what's going on, he will continue on lying and that means that he's getting his way. If he was true boyfriend he'd leave you alone and stay with his girl. And if he is not...then you, your friend, and her boyfriend are gonna have to talk about the issue.
Then your friend might believe you and fine she might find somebody else. Even if she has been with him a long time, she might consider less of him and break up. She might even tell him off.
But I can tell you that you aren't alone. Like I said about my friend...be a friend and have a talk with the both of them. Just maybe you can sort it out. You have to be strong and tell him off if your friend isn't gonna do it. Find it in yourself and have courage to do it. It's your love-life and nobody should be doing this to you...not even her boyfriend. He has no control over you what-so-ever. Your family, friends, and even your boyfriend should stick up for you no matter what the cost. If he even tries to do it again...you tell him that if he even tries to kiss you that you will scream at the top of your lungs and someone will surely come running. It may or may not be the best solution but it has helped with many other girls in your position and it may help you. Who knows...he might not want to do it again.

This happened to me also! Not only did my friend's boyfriend try to kiss me he did the same thing to my sister. We both had boyfriends who were really good friends with the other person. Definitely tell your friend, your brother, and your boyfriend. It sounds like he is getting out of hand. Good Luck!!

You dont want to lie to your friend and she probably doesnt deserve a lieing boyfriend so you should probably tell her but try not to make it sound like a good thing like hey ur bf cheats- say something like umm so n so lies to you all the time and i kno you dont wanna believe it but he does.
you might wanna leave out the kissing part
sorry if that doesnt help

Yes you should tell her, but expect for her to not believe you. Just tell her that there is no reason for her not to believe you. Tell her that it has happened twice and you DO NOT want it to happen again. Tell her you are just trying to be her friend and want to keep it real with her, if she believe him over you then she is not your friend!
