How do you know fish have no hands?
Just the typical fishes that you've seen don't have appendages like we have. What about in the very deep sea, the very deep water. In parts of the sea that have not been explored yet. There is more ocean than there is land on this planet. Only Human Arrogance would presume that only humanoids have hands.
by the way - what do you mean fishfingers, fish don't have fingers they have toes - silly!!!

They are shaped like fingers, but they contain fish, hence the name. It has nothing to do with fish having hands.
