They tape them up...or wear super duper push up bras. You can buy them at Target. Heidi Klum and Scarlet Johannsen are only C cups!...They make their boobs look gigantic!

A lot of people get their breasts operated (I guess you can call it a Breast Job, lol). Who knows, maybe they insert tissue paper or those inserts from lingerie stores. You can also but push up bras. Do whatever works best for you!

Some where bra called Victoria bra. Heard some use tape under the breast to give that up lift look

Actually some use make-up, use of a bronzing powder shimmered between the breast; gives the optical illusion of cleavage.

get a good bra. like a wonderbra or something. hehe.
or a boob job normally does the trick..but i dont think it is always the answer tbh
