I am looking to start a business of my own - a store for gift wrapping and I need a business plan to know how to start the plan of where I want to go, how and when. Basically how to get all my thoughts in process in order.

You should be able to do a search for "Business Plan" and you will get a bunch of websites in return that will guide you thru it. The Small Business Administration site should be able to help you.
