does it mean that if somebody calls my cell phone i will not get charged for the air time?

When someone calls you on your phone, you won't get charged!

Yes, that is exactly what it means. There will be no charge for your incoming calls. Just make sure you read the fine print for all other charges.

This means you can recieve as many incomming calls you want even if its thousands of minutes a month for free.
