wait until they all sattle down on the window curtain that's what they do in my house then i get them all. These long sticky things you can also hang in your room in a corner but they look pretty nasty so i wouldnt. I rather catch the all. But you should get a screen door.

A screen is the easiest, but if you can't install another door, try tacking mosquito netting into your door frame (preferably a door that isn't used as often). That way you can let in a breeze and keep the flies out. Flies are awful pests, I hope you can get rid of them :)

Well, with an open door there is no way to prevent them from coming in. If this is something you are going to want to do often, maybe look into installing a secondary "screen" door. It all depends on you situation. To get rid of the ones that are in already, you can do a light fogging or spraying at night in the main area where they are. Unless of course that is a bedroom! Then by a swatter!

Install a screen door, to let the breeze, but not the flies, into the house.

They make these "instant" screen doors now (link 1) that are very inexpensive and don't need to be installed with hinges like regular screen doors. Check it out!! They may be your answer.

get some bug repel-ant candles to keep them away, nothing is a 100%, or get a screen door.
