I would say only one, because when guys wear more than one earring, it gives them an impression that they are a girly-guy!

Male and female can wear earrings as much as they want. The best is to be the most natural... wear none.

It is totally the "GUY" ! I have seen some that should wear none, and others can wear what ever they want...its all about the man.
The "rules" really dont apply anymore. One ring in the left only is long past. Unless its a rainbow ring, then all bets are off!!!

none unless it's it's on the top of the ear - regular earlobe piercing is borderline 80's - a little iffy - in my personal opinion.
