Flick the feather duster about to fluff it out...take it outside and give it a really good spin in your hands.....next build up some static in the feathers duster....flick it lightly back and forth on something 'nylon' like carpet or plastic bag...anything you can think of with static in.....it will 'recharge' the duster....and attract the cobwebs to it when you next reach up and twist the cobwebs off the wall.

Dust your TV screen while it's on before you dust the cobwebs. The static electricity will help hold on to the webs. If it stops working, just run it over the tv screen again.

buy a swiffer duster at the dollar store they work great and will stick to it good luck

throw it in the garbage and get one of those swiffer dusters less dust gets in the air you breath....
