Where can I find the can't cut list in YFF?

I'd like to see which players are on it, but I can't seem to access a list. Is it kept hidden now?

If you have a team already go to drop players and it will have a red - next to the people you cant drop or go to settings.

On your league page click on the tab that says "players." From there you'll see the "can't cut list" link that'll lead you right to it.
