iPod nanos - I guess are like all other iPods.

And yes, they do get dirty really easily because of their color, white.
But if you buy black, it'd still get dirty, it'd just show up as gray.
It'll be fine as long as you take care of it.

You should purchase some covers for it from stores like Best Buy. But preferrably Circuit City, since it deals more with electronics and all the gadgets of it.

Both the black and white iPod nanos get dirty easily. Just wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove any fingerprints, etc. I keep my iPod in a leather pouch to prevent scratches.

no they dont get dirty, but scrach and break easily. i did have a nano that was white and it had lots and lots of scraches, and it broke. but now i have a black one with a case. so if you dont want it to be broken or dirty, you should buy a case.

I hear that nanos scratch VERY easily and also break easily

it does but if you get a case it will be just like new but if you are thinking about getting one get a black they are sleek and dont show dirt so you dont look like white trash PS cheap places to buy one are at walmart but in the ghetto and target in the ghetto

probably but since the back is chrome or something expect A LOT of fingerprints, dust and the sort if that happens clean it with cocacola!!! its been proven that it cleans better than comercial chrome cleaners!!!!

get a black one if it gets dirrty you cant tell. o and tell the people saying they scrach easyer they r messed up. i have a balck one and it has no scrachs and no thing i even droped it on the street and nothing happened to it

i have a black one, but if you take care of the i-pod nano, it'll be fine, you can also buy a slipcase for it.
