I think Led Zeppelin is the better band. They are probably the 4 best musicians ever assembled.
The Stones are good, I just don't think the measure up to Zep.

Led Zeppelin is probably the greatest band ever although the Stones done a lot of terrific songs. Musically speaking I don't believe anyone measures up to Led Zeppelin.

Led Zeppelin are definately the stronger musicians in this match up. The Stones are more of a show. They are entertainment, but Mick really can't carry a tune in a bucket. Still love 'em anyway though.

Zepp is better, way better.I only remember one of the Stones songs, but Led Zepplin I can rattle off a dozen without even thinking about it. I rarely listen to either.

when it comes to white guys ripping off black blues musicians - I always thought the Stones did a much better job. Certainly I think they're a lot more accessible... me, I can barely tolerate Zepplin.

I would have to go with Zepplin. I don't dislike the Stones, I mean they are cool, but Zepplin rocks. I just really prefer their music.

as individual musicians, yes, zeppelin is far better, the stones have no great musicians.
BUT, ask anyone who has seen them both who they would rather see again? watch the stones votes start pouring in
