No i do not believe that women like to be watched when they are working a lot of women can not stay focused on what they are doing especially if it is important. so women need to have some kind of privacy when they are working !!!!

Depends what you mean by watched - if it is a man leering at them then no, quite often a woman would not like being watched whilst she worked. If it is at home she probably gets annoyed at the lazy lay-abouts watching her slave for them and not offering any help with the chores.

I know I don't it makes me feel uneasy and I end up thinking that there is something wrong. Like my boss thinks I am not doing my job right or something.

depends on what their job is.. a waitress at hooters.. yes they like being watched...an accountant who's busy.. probably not. personally i like my fiancee watching me at work.. i make him proud i love my job. but other people whom i dont know.. its CREEPY
