What happened to the print edition of The Onion?

I live in San Francisco, a month or so ago free copies of the print edition of The Onion were everywhere, and now they are gone, including the newspaper boxes. Did they quit printing it?

Hey, my husband brings it home all the time. Try down by the Transbay Terminal at First & Mission.
