Make the world a better place by giving it away to good causes... sort of like Andrew Carnegie did with his millions and libraries.
Not giving people money directly [handouts] but kind of like the
Habitat For Humanity way-sweat equity/appreciation factor.

Well, the first day would pay my bills, set my husband up in the business he wants to start, pay for college for all my great-nieces and great-nephews, and set up a trust fund for vacations and other fun stuff. From then on, I would use it to help fund programs to end world hunger, such as teaching others farming, fishing, etc, then providing seed and supplies. I would also buy up all the vaccines I could and provide them to third world countries. Rotary International has already almost eliminated polio throughout the world, so let's try to get rid of any of the others that we can. I would also work on cleaning up New Orleans--stop waiting for the government to do its job. I would set up education programs for kids which help encourage their natural talents, which might help keep them off drugs and off the streets, too. I'd also buy up oil-rich properties, and refineries, and sell the oil and gasoline at cost (after all, if I'm getting $1 billion a day, why do I need a profit?). I'd set up a universal health care program which would provide for all who couldn't afford it otherwise, and make sure we didn't make the same mistakes other countries have made with availability. Finally, I'd create a safety net for the poor and unemployed who are not that way through their own fault, so they are still guaranteed that they will be able to survive. Eventually, I might wonder where all this money is coming from, but I'd be too busy for a while to ask questions.

I would start a business and open chains across the globe eventually, I would find a list of all the people who lost everything in that terrible storm last year that the government didn't seem to care much about, gee's...I hate that when I forget the name of things when I need them, anyway where the water flooded out that city there and the walls to hold the water broke away, that one, anyway, I would contact all of them, and help rebuild there lives, move all of them out of there into a different city or town that is safe and far from waters. I would need a lot of helpers but have people in mind for what I'm looking to do. Not out to make a name for myself, at all, I'd be pretty anonymous, and keep the government out of my pocket and chose my own charities if I chose any. Thanks for asking.

First I'd calculate how many years it would take me to count to 365 billion if I counted 1 integer per second.
Then I'd give $999,999,995.50 (two state quarters, maybe Kentucky and Arkansas) to Donald Trump the first day.
The second day, I'd give $999,999,993.75 (I think Florida, Calfornia, and New York state quarters) to Nickster in $50 bills and ask him to count it to verify the amount, before spending it.
After that, I think to prevent a global economic crisis I'd have to burn the rest. But where could I build the daily fire without contributing to global warming and particulate matter pollution?

Spend the rest of my days in Boracay splurging, splurging and splurging. I'll probably buy the whole island afterwards. Then splurge some more. Spoil myself.
After all that, I'll help the poor Filipino communities develop their towns/cities so they can progress. One by one, I'll help them become self-sufficient.
Build a foundation for kids.
Develop soccer in the Phils and make it the national sport. Basketball is for tall people, not Pinoys (who are we kidding?)
I will never pay off the Philippines' debt. Sorry folks. I won't fund your new SUV's and houses with my money.

I'd give most of it to charities around the world. With the rest I'd buy an island, drop out of uni for a while and take an extended vacation with friends and family. Oh and do a bit of shopping too =D

Help out the oppressed and poor of the world. Especially those in 3rd world countries who not only lack food, and resources, but love. The provision would give them hope... i would probably do a lot of stuff for my parents, church, and maybe pick up a few cool personal items along the way...
