i have a problem, when i plug my ipod with the usb, a window apears with folders that say, notes, calendar, and other stuf i cant remember. the thing is that the ipod icon dosen't apear on itunes. I suspect i migth be on disk mode. if you know wut is havpening plz answer and tell me how can i fix it.

mine had this problem. like will it not update? if not go on iTunes and click on help. it sounds random but from clicking on one of them made mine update automatically.
by clicking on the help things. try and find the one that you need.
if it stil doesnt work try apple website. =]

connect it to the computer and then press the menu button and the centre button together until the apple symbol appears.

you have to update your ipod go to www.apple.com/support/ipod/index.html
