Total 3,600 sq. ft.
Plenty of space. Each unit would be approximately 1,800 sq. ft.

You could conceivably build three, 1,200 sq ft.
Lots of 2 BR apartments are that size or less.
Maybe '2', 2BR, and 1BR efficiency.

LR/DR, Kitchen, Hall, Bath/Linen cl., tub/shower, commode.
2 Br's, walk in closets adjoining/side by side.

I have a site, for free CAD, "for machinery", but it can be used for a floor plan. Easy to learn.

I have seen some free CADs, 3D design.
Need to know N,S,E,W, and entrances.
Maybe a common stairwell and small hall, with separate entrances off the hall. Eat up some space.
I'm not an architect but have drawn plans for my own remodeling.
