no, thats a very bad vision that you had and you shouldnt think of any more since that could ultimately, even we want to be partially robot/electronic/whatever, there are people out there who would figure out a way to manipulate the electronics that would be implanted in our bodies, which is why anyone reading this should be seriously opposed to having rfid chips implanted in anyhting other than packaging material for food and other such things
besides, wouldnt a bluetooth headset in your ear all the time be uncomfortable?/
