Just keep yourself busy... go tanning, get a movie, get drinks with the girls, go out on the town, rearrange your house, clean out your fridge, get a pet, go shopping/window shopping, Just go DO something... If your mind is focused on one thing, its hard to focus on the other stuff. So just keep your mind busy. Soon, you will be ok.

Time cures all wounds... Best thing is to keep busy, get involved in some new activity, reach out to your friends and family for support; last but not least - start dating again!

The best thing to do would be to end it,tie up the loose ends and move on.Going to councelling won't change the fact that he cheated. If it's over, call it quits and move on with your life.Better divorced and happy then married and unhappy.

Pray for strength and if that is truly the best way to resolve things it'll happen. Good Luck.

Only time and counseling will help you here. You have probably invested much time and effort and your will is not going to just let it go.
