star gazing ect, where you pick your geographical location, date and time ect? I have looked on the web for this type of thing but am having trouble finding one..

Space dot com may provide links to exactly the sites you are seeking. I have also seen advertised on that site a software product that you descried. It comes in different levels and costs.
