Dont worry, Everyone faces this same feeling, once in a while, in their lives. Its just a part of Our life. It cant and wont stay long. Like everything else it will pass away and you will have your Best days once again . We all are there for you. Much Love.

In a real sense, you ARE all alone and you always will be. But this is probably not too comforting at all, except in the sense that everyone else is stuck in the same situation.

Nobody outside of you can change the way you feel. Epicurus would say, therefore, that if you want to stop feeling lonely, just do!

I know it's not always that easy, but sometimes if you're stuck in a rut, the best thing to do is to just jump out of it and do something you never normally do... who knows? You might leave your loneliness behind, or you might find people wherever you find yourself when your done who at least share an interest with you!

Good luck! ( :

We stave off aloneness by being involved in life. That you even asked this question shows that your not as alone as the pessimists want you to believe. Celebrate life in any fashion you chose and with who ever you wish, because we are allowed. I find I can recharge my batteries by being spiritually alone. One of the things that made me a Christian was that one day as I was having breathing spasms caused by taking a right medicine at the wrong time, a voice came to me and said, "fear not, I will be with you always, even unto the end". I remembered that Jesus told his deciples this and the spasms went away. Hey, I had been in the emergency room for 7 hours and was really tired of having to remember to breath in and out at the right time; its automatic you know, unless you take the wrong medicine. Well, I still take the right medicine even now, just very carefully. I also celebrate life still, just with a few who want to chance life. Not everybody does, too many prefer to believe the disallusioned. Like thats gonna get them ahead?

Everyone feels alone at many times in their life; except those who live in so much denial that they constantly try to fill the void with people who mean nothing to them , or with the many addictions people choose. I think to be able to be alone you need to be comfortable with yourself and try to occupy some time with things you enjoy doing. I would rather be alone than be with people I do not have any interest in.

I feel the same way as you do. So I guess that your not really alone and neither am I. It just feels that way sometimes because we don't have the people that we want next to us. It's a normal feeling to me for some reason. Well if you need to chat wildbg03@yahoo.com
