That sounds like a lot of work for a price check. I think making people wait in line for at least a half hour for a lousy price check is bad customer service, yes.

Yes for all the work they did to get the name of the product, but shouldnt she of new what a banana was.lol, they just needed the barcode.so i would say it was good customer service
