Bush said he cant be bothered with reading newspapers or reports so he has an aide read everything to him and he can remember the important points. Well, maybe he has dsylexia along with boot in mouth disease. At least the comics have pictures. He doesn't like Doonesbury , too many words. Don't think he could grasp the Constitution, just use the words and draw his own opinion of what they mean when Cheney tells him. wiretaps for example. Give him back his comics, please..
