The first one I would teach, if I was empowered to do so, is that the Constitution has NO room for a king or dictator. Impeachment NOW!!! Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

Bush understand exactly how the laws are supposed to work. So, giving him a civic lesson won't help.
He's criminal, not stupid.
