i dont see much of a change,
arizona-
cardinals still have to sort out their offensive line and without a line theres no rushing or passing. edgerrin james may be amazing but with no blocking he will probably be a non-factor. boldin and fitzgerald could explode, in a few years when leinart is developed then we'll talk. i dont see much in kurt warner either
st. louis-
the rams are the only ones i could see putting up a fight for the seahawks because the combination of bulger, bruce, holt, and steven jackson could be very effective. the thing that worries me is the new coach, Scott Linehan, hes been in the nfl for 5 years but none as a head coach. the addition of jim haslett as defensive coordinator will ultimately be the deciding factor for the rams, though.
san francisco-
they're the 49ers, I'm sorry but I'm not gonna waste my time talking about them. I'll be surprised if they win four games
so seattle will most likely win the west once again but if the rams pull it together, it could be a really interesting race in the final weeks. oh and by the way the preseason loss that seattle has doesn't mean anything, the preseason is worthless, so im lookin for hasselback and alexander to take seattle all the way this year with a final regular season record of 12-4 and winning the super bowl

I would have to say my favorite team the Rams. If Bulger can stay healthy, I think they could be one of the top five teams in the league. Steven Jackson is a solid back and the Holt and Bruce tandem is still one of the best in the league. They got two tight ends in the draft, Klopfenstein and Byrd from USC. They also got LaRoi Glover and Will Witherspoon to help that defense. And don't forget about Tye Hill, the corner from Clemson. I think they're a sleeper pick for the SuperBowl. The Cardinals look great on paper, but I dont see Warner staying healthy. They have an amazing offense but an amazingly horrible defense. And the 49ers, well let's just say that they will be a top five pick for the draft.

Rams got a some players they needed on defense, a solid starting running back, great QB, top class receivers....I'd have to say it's them. They signed Will Witherspoon (Carolina OLB) during free agency, he was a very great LB for my Panthers, and I don't see him changing for the Rams :(.
Cardinals look good on paper, have that awsome looking new stadium..but I can't look away from that defense. If they can put over 400yards of offense on another team and still lose the game...the defense sucks, that's one thing they really needed to look at, they look like the NFC version of the Colts of a few seasons ago...lot of offense, crap defense.
49ers, I wont even bother going over them, top 10 pick in the draft again.
Best shot is the Rams though, they're the only other team in the division with a defense ..without mentioning how solid the offense is even...its the defense in that division that's important.

i might want to ought to assert my popular crew the Rams. If Bulger can stay healthful, i imagine they could be between the appropriate 5 communities interior the league. Steven Jackson is a sturdy back and the Holt and Bruce tandem remains between the staggering interior the league. They were given 2 tight ends interior the draft, Klopfenstein and Byrd from USC. they even were given LaRoi Glover and could Witherspoon to help that protection. and do not ignore Tye Hill, the nook from Clemson. i imagine they seem a sleeper %. for the SuperBowl. The Cardinals seem great on paper, yet I dont see Warner staying healthful. they have a great offense yet an amazingly terrible protection. And the 49ers, properly enable's only say that they are going to be a appropriate 5 %. for the draft.

St. Louis Rams will probably be the NFC West Champs this year.
However, I think that the NY Giants could end up being the NFC champs if they dominate the NFC East. They will have some tough games against Dallas and Washington.

Well the Cardinals and Rams don't have a defense that can stop either the run or pass so those to two are out and the 49'er dont's have an offense that can score or a defense that can really stop anything. So the answer to your question is none of them.

If anyone has a chance, I would say that it would be the Arizona Cardinals. They definitely have the talent on offense. The only question is if they will be able to keep the other teams from scoring.

The division sucks, so the Cardinals might make the playoffs, but they'll be a wild card. The Seahawks almost have it wrapped up.

If the Cards can get their O-line to block for Edge or Kurt they could be a force to be reckoned with. Look at the Rams during their Super Bowl years.... No defense but could score and score and score... Other than that... i don't think anyone else has a chance unless Alexander gets hurt.
