As long as it is still making money, I doubt it. Mortal Kombat will be back, and so will Tomb Raider.
Oh yes, so will Mario. :)

Storywise, MK Armageddon is the the last game in the series, finishing the story that began all the was back in MK I. Pretty much, all the loose threads in the story will be delt with and this chapter in the MK universe will come to a close.
Gamewise, MK Armageddon IS NOT the last game. Mortal Kombat will continue, but MK on next-gen systems will be a big fat reset for the series. New character, new locals, new story, new EVERYTHING.
Simply put, Mortal Kombat will Kontinue, but Armageddon will be the last of MK as you have come know it.

that's what they mentioned up until eventually the activity got here out. "The final Mortal Kombat activity to ever hit consoles!" understanding halfway, however, they're going to disavow this declare and make greater. i think of the newer Mortal Kombat video games are awful. Mortal Kombat ain't approximately working around as some random guy amassing different colored money. you in basic terms won't be ready to conquer the previous MKs on great Nintendo and N64. those have been the superb, and that they are going to not at all be crowned.
