i really need more info do you mean send a version of windows xp from your drive over the internet to another drive,if that is what you mean you would have to send it as a large package download,you would be better submitting it to a file sharing site like kazza or limewire,
or do you mean take windows off a hard drive and install it on a new drive i.e a new p.c....if so just set old drive to slave(look at drive label for configurations)and new drive to master and then just use file transfer wizard in xp to transfer the files....after that you could leave the 2nd drive in for extra storage space
