If it has just happen then run it under hot hot water to where the water is running really hard and fast. Right threw the clothes.Works for me everytime.Hot water will not set the stain if you do it the way I said.

If you spay stains with hairspray it keeps them from setting in. If it already there soak in cold water and then use dawn dish soap on the blood and gently scrub with a fingernail brush.
