any kind of cartiovascular excersice is good for the heart. whether its running, jogging, walking, erobics, biking, dancing, skipping, jumping, etc.
anything that gets your heart rate going at a faster pace than average for 30 minutes or longer a day is great excersice for your heart and the rest of your body. it will keep you healthier and therefore you will live longer. i would suggest doing anything you like vigoriously until you can feel your heart beating harder in your chest and then keep doing that for 30 more minutes...then you know you have done enough excersice for one day. running is good for your heart but hard on your joints, so i would suggest walking at a fast but comfortable pace.

This is a music question? Strange.

Any cardiovascular sport is good for your heart (as well as eating Cheerios. lol)-- swimming (my fav), running, basketball, soccer.
It pumps blood through the system, cleansing it...
Just do it. (nike)
GOod luck.
