Install Firefox, it's free and very quick, I got it from here:

Go to the "tools" at the top of computer screen and click on internet options. Make sure the list of history is 0. It should clear what you have browsed.

start, control panel, network and internet connections, internet options, and then "clear history". is that what you were asking for?

you can't deleted your search engine that would make life to easy
