Should a person with carpal tunnel who applies for a job, tell employer right away what he will not do?

many clerical jobs need computer work.. but i just dont want to type cause everytime i do.. it g ets so much worse. But clerical is what i know how to do,....before i'm hired, Can i tell an employer that i will not do typing, just the rest of the job duties?

yea if you don't wanna get hired then go for it , tell them.

You should be covered under ADA which means that your employer is required to make reasonable accomodations for you so that you can perform your job.
