does it take anyone all day to do chorse ? i use to could get it done in .no time now it takes me all day...i must be getting old..

It depends on how thorough you're being. For a normal cleaning, I would need no more than an hour. however, if I'm deep cleaning and moving stuff, it could become a 2 day project.
Another thing that might be slowing you down is clutter.

No, it's not that you're getting old. It's that the family is demanding a lot of your time.
Try organizing the house, and if the little one is old enough get him to help. That should take a huge load off you.

Organize your chores! start in one room, finish, then move to the next. I find carrying a bucket or basket from room to room is helpful, that way when you need to put back an item in another room, you put it in basket and wait until you get to that room to place it, saves a lot of extra steps running around. I try and keep on top of chores everyday so it does not take all day long. Don't wait until the dishes are piled up, wash one or two that you use right away, quick vaccum every other day. dust as you walk past it. And yes it does take a lil longer cause I am getting older LOL

you are not alone. I use to work all day, raise 2 kids alone and my 3bdrm house was always spotless...not anymore I work at home doing daycare and it takes me all day to clean a 2 bdrm apt.... I must be getting old too! I think my organizational skills have burned out ,so this is what I try to do.. clean 2 rooms and reward myself rest and forge on to the next job. atleast I feel like I gave it a good try!!

I have 3 kids and a husband that is never home because of work, so I am doing all of the chores myself. Cleaning is never ending in my house.

Ah.. do not mention age.. please.. Yes, as one gets older, it takes longer to do anything.
