Umm.... i dunno how I would classify this.... I guess bottom since I'm technically underneath him if it's doggy style.....

Top bunk definitely. Unless you're travelling and staying in a dorm, in which case bottom bunk so you can keep an eye on your stuff and there's more storage room under your bed. I assume that's what you mean young man....
